Replacement Policy
We accept product replacements under the following conditions:

Wrong Product Dispatched: If the product delivered does not match the item selected at the time of order confirmation.
Damaged Product: If the product is received in a damaged condition.

Breakages
If your product is damaged during transit or upon delivery:

Unboxing Video Requirement: Please take a video of the unboxing to document the condition of the product upon receipt. This video helps us verify the damage and process your replacement efficiently.
Report the Damage: Additionally, take a clear photograph of the damaged product and send it along with the unboxing video via WhatsApp to +91-94049 71316 within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Packaging: To ensure a smooth replacement, please retain the original packaging, including all foam and cushioning materials, even if the product is broken.
Minor Damage and Repair Cost
